Spend your Friday morning finding quiet, space and connection with self + other space holders as we sauna, snack and soften. Soften. Soften.

Brunch included. 

Towels + robes provided. 

Swimsuits optional.

Bring your open heart, something to contribute to our communal altar (you will take it back home with you), a book, journal, or anything else you enjoy as apart of intentional restorative time. 

Sauna + healing house will be silent spaces. Outdoor covered couch and firepit circle will be social spaces.
