Stay at Her House

It all started when…

Her House

a place to land

There should be more places like this.

Not a clinic.
Not your house where the laundry is staring at you.
Not your car in a parking lot, trying to get five minutes alone.

A real place.
A soft place.
A place where you can come apart a little… and not have to put yourself back together right away.

That’s what Her House is.

What This Is

Her House is a small, intentional healing space for women—
a place to rest, feel, process, and be held in a way that most of us don’t experience in our day-to-day lives.

You can come for a few hours.
Or stay overnight.

You can come because you’re overwhelmed.
Because you’re healing.
Because you don’t know what you need, but you know you need something different.

There is nothing you have to do here.

You don’t have to be productive.
You don’t have to explain yourself.
You don’t have to hold it all together.

You just get to be.

Who This Is For

Women who are tired of holding everything.

Women in postpartum who need somewhere to land— with or without their baby.

Women who are healing from something they can name… or something they can’t.

Women who need space to cry.
To rest.
To not be needed for a little while.

Women who are craving care that feels human, not clinical.

Day Pass: Come As You Are

Sometimes you just need a few hours somewhere that isn’t your life.

A place to exhale.
To lay down.
To feel what you’ve been pushing aside.

With a day pass, you’ll have access to Her House as your own quiet space.

You can:

  • nap

  • cry

  • journal

  • sit in silence

  • drink tea and stare out the window

  • exist without being interrupted

You will be supported—but not hovered over.

Held—but not managed.

Overnight Stays (Postpartum + Beyond)

This is especially for the postpartum season…
when everything is tender, and support is often not enough—or not the right kind.

You can come alone.
Or with your baby.

You’ll have a quiet, private place to sleep, rest, and be cared for.

I’ll make you nourishing meals.
Warm teas.
Food that actually supports your body in healing.

You don’t have to think about anything.

You don’t have to take care of anyone else for a little while.

You get to be taken care of.

Optional Add-Ons

If it feels supportive, you can layer in care:

  • Gentle, intuitive bodywork

  • Pelvic healing sessions

  • Nervous system support

  • Quiet check-ins or guided practices

Or not.

Nothing here is required.

The Energy of This Space

This is not about fixing you.

This is not about optimizing your healing.

This is about creating the conditions where your body can soften…
and do what it already knows how to do.

This is about being witnessed without needing to perform.

This is about having somewhere to go
when you don’t want to be strong for a minute.

A Note From Me

I created Her House because I kept hearing the same thing from women:

“I just need somewhere to go.”

Not a program.
Not another appointment.

Just… somewhere.

So this is that.

A real place.
With a real person who gets it.

I’m not here as an authority looking down at you.

I’m here with you.

In it.
Practicing this too.

And I would be honored to hold this space for you.
