Spend your Sunday finding quiet, space and connection with self + other tired hot moms as we gather, rest, soak, sauna and snack. And snack. And snack.

Swimsuits optional.

Lunch, tea and snacks provided. 

Robes and towels provided.

Bring your open heart, something to contribute to our communal altar (you will take it back home with you), a book, journal, or anything else you enjoy as apart of intentional restorative time. 

Postpartum doulas will be available upon request to hold your non-mobile babies.
