Spend your Sunday finding quiet, space and connection with self + other tired hot moms as we gather, rest, soak, sauna and plunge into 2026.

Swimsuits optional.

Light lunch, tea and snacks provided. 

Turkish towel provided for the spa.

Bring your open heart, something to contribute to our communal altar (you will take it back home with you), a book, journal, or anything else you enjoy as apart of intentional restorative time. 

Postpartum doulas will be available upon request to hold your non-mobile babies.
